Notice of Service Adjustment on Refrigerated Delivery Services (B2C)
With the continuous impact of the pandemic, cold chain strives to maximize the operational efficiency by optimizing the allocation of resources. Effective from 5 August 2020, SF Refrigerated Delivery Services (B2C) would make the following adjustments until further notice:
1. SF Refrigerated Delivery Services (B2C) would endeavor to maintain the next-day delivery services, but shipments might experience potential unexpected delay;
2. The delivery time may be extended until 21:00 with no preference timeslot arrangement. Customers will be contacted prior to the delivery by Refrigerated Delivery Services (B2C) Team; and
3. The minimum order quantity of to-door pickup or self drop-off to Tsing Yi is 15 shipments.
