沖繩桃香菠蘿

桃味菠蘿,產自沖繩石垣島,在日本人氣急升。外形跟一般菠蘿無異,但切開果肉呈乳白色,食落果味香甜不酸,更有白桃香味,很神奇。


菠蘿,以大量生產計,菲律賓、夏威夷肯定稱王稱霸。


說到精品,非日本莫屬。
沖繩手撕菠蘿去年來港,迅即成為全城熱話。
具備所有流行元素,新奇(手撕成粒)、濃甜(味道才是王道)、貴氣(每個動輒過百元)。
每年五至七月收成,今夏趁它當造,來來來,一起去其故鄉,日本最南端的石垣島一探究竟。手上的菠蘿叫 ス ナ ッ ク パ イ ン,日文意思「可作零食的菠蘿」,亦即手撕菠蘿。跟一般菠蘿不同,凹凸分明,不用削皮除釘,只需切掉菠蘿尾,就可輕易逐瓣果肉剝下來吃。入口纖維幼細,香甜濃郁。
