Description

牛奶果

原產於中南美洲，因為橫切後果心呈角狀放射，又被稱作星蘋果，大致可分為紫色和綠色兩種，近年在台灣漸漸有農友少量栽種。牛奶果果肉呈乳白色，並帶半透明膠狀，口感Q嫩滑順，味道像是融合了釋迦、柿子、龍眼和蜂蜜等，清甜多層次，也很適合拿來做冰淇淋或甜點。牛奶果在東南亞是很熱門的水果，許多越南新住民甚至每週都會固定訂購，喜歡品嚐不同水果的客人，一定要把握產季喔！

規格 : 約7-12顆/個

保存方式 : 可在常溫通風處放軟後，再放入冰箱保存，建議3-5天內食用完畢。

食用方式 : 洗淨後對半剖開，以湯匙深挖，或是像切橙般分切享用。
