3招揀靚香印提子
1. 黃色甜過綠色
青翠綠色的香印提子可存放約4至5日；偏黃色的香印提子則較熟、較甜，可即時食。
2. 表面光滑飽滿
新鮮香印提子表面較光滑結實、外型飽滿和脹卜卜，食落脆皮爽口；不新鮮的話，輕按時會偏腍身。
3. 依附莖上較新鮮
新鮮香印提子依附在根莖上；過熟則會逐粒掉落，散開一粒粒。
存放處理貼士：
· 香印提子即刻食的話，可放在室溫位置，若想存放約4至5日才吃，則最好存放在雪櫃蔬菜格。
·韓國的香印提子可直接用清水洗淨，其他產地則有機會含農藥，宜徹底清洗
