旭蘋果（英語：McIntosh或McIntosh Red）是一種原產自加拿大安大略省的蘋果栽培品種，以其發現者約翰·麥金托什（John McIntosh）的名字命名。
旭蘋果果皮呈紅色與綠色，帶有酸味，果肉呈白色、肉質較細。通常於九月份成熟。傳統上它是加拿大東部和美國新英格蘭地區最常見的蘋果品種。
蘋果公司的麥金塔電腦（Macintosh）的名稱即來自於旭蘋果。
