吃日向夏係有個指定的方法，否則變得不好吃唔想浪費左，請注意


先用水果刀將日向夏的黃色外皮削去，但白色的內皮要保留幾毫米厚絕不可徹底削掉
日向夏的果肉偏酸，跟味道清淡而臨帶甜味的白色內皮一起吃，才中和出最佳味道。
