Delivery Time

We will ship by SF Express or other courier companies within four working days after you place your order.

Returns Policy

All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we try our best to ensure that all of our products are delivered to you in a "Perfect" condition, the products may be damaged during delivery process. In case this happened, please return the damaged or wrong products to us by simply follow our Return Procedures.

(As fruits are easy deteriorate products, please accept 10% natural deterioration.)

We will offer exchanges only if you received damaged, defective or incorrect products. We will arrange to re-send the defective products to you. In case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of the product to you in "cheque" form without any interest.

Membership Reward ProgramDear valued customers:

To repay your continuous support，from now on when you purchase over HKD$6,000.00, you will automatically become i-Fruit members. Members can accrue points and enjoy exclusive benefits. Points accrued will be carried forward for up to 2 years long. Please see below the details of member's benefits:
  • You can earn 1 point for every HKD$100.00 spent on i-Fruit.com 's bill (HKD$100.00 ≈ 1 point)
  • Each time when you accrued 6,000 points，you can convert them to HKD$60.00 cash coupon for purchase afterwards.
  • For any other promotion offers，please pay attention to our "Member Benefits" section on i-Fruit 's homepage.)

Member notice:

  • Should there be any reward discrepancy between the Member and i-Fruit, the i-Fruit 's record shall prevail.
  • Points accrued will be carried forward for every two years and expire on the 31st December of the second year, after that the points will become invalid.
  • The membership and bonus are non-transferable.
  • i-Fruit reserves the right to amend the conditions without prior notice.
  • i-Fruit reserves the right of final decision on any disputes.
  • Member Discount is not applicable on the first order.

Delivery Schedule(The Day after delivery)

Hong Kong Side : Morning
Kowloon Side & New territories Area: Afternoon
Additional charge will be applied to atypical time in case.

With purchase online , you can take the products at our office or we can provide professional shipping with only charge $100.00 for delivery to Hong Kong , Kowloon and New Territories area. Applicable to single delivery address only.
If you want to change the pickup method, please inform us not less than 3 working days from the delivery date

Order placed after 4 pm on weekdays will be handled on the following weekdays， and we close on Saturday & Sunday.
All order deliveries should be finalized upon telephone confirmation.

During bad weather conditions (e.g. black rain, typhoon no.8 or above) we will suspend and rearrange any delivery scheduled.
