强化肠胃,防止老化

 

草莓牛奶蛋糕

材料

新鮮草莓30顆

蛋白4個

蛋黃4個

细砂糖60g

檸檬汁少許

低筋麵粉80g

奶油200ml

玉米油50m1

牛奶80m1

做法

1. 蛋黃加入牛奶、玉米油打勻,加入低筋麵粉拌勻。

2. 蛋白加糖打至溼性發泡,再加檸檬汁打勻至有光澤。

3. 做法1與2的材料拌勻之後,倒入鋪了油紙的烤盤。

4. 烤箱預熱160度,烤25分鐘之後,倒扣到紙上放涼。

5 把蛋糕翻面塗上一層奶油並撒上草莓,捲起即可。
