在日本享負盛名的「T形蜜瓜」，所指的就是靜岡蜜瓜，屬日本皇室御用。沿T字瓜蒂把蜜瓜剖開一半，已覺翠綠色的果肉清香撲鼻，入口豐盈而且多汁。最正宗的食法是伴以小杯白蘭地，讓酒香和果香相輔相成，用以突出蜜瓜的香甜。(白印)
